Premier Plan Benifit How the Process Works FAQ's
1. What do I have to do to get started?
Just contact our office and we will arrange a meeting with one of our Account Representatives who will answer all of your questions.
 
2. Is their a cost in getting started?
There is a very small account set up fee.
 
3. Do I get charged for anything other then my monthly fee?
No. These are all inclusive plans! You are only charged your monthly fee, and that’s it.
 
4. My plan has 20 invoices per week. What happens if I do 25 invoices per week?
If by chance we process 25 invoices for your company, you will not be charged, because it is a one time occurrence. However, if you continually produce over the amount allowed under your plan, a small change will be applied to your monthly bill for the excess invoices.
 
5. What is Order Processing?
Order Processing is included in our phone service. This is when you have your business phone number transferred to our Call Center. Our Customer Service Agent will answer your calls and process your orders or requests. If you are a service company, we will process your work orders.
 
6. What is Remote Extension?
Our Remote Extension service is a great service for business people who do not want to give out their personal phone numbers. This service is also necessary if we are handling your business calls. If a customer wishes to speak to you directly, we simply transfer the call to your personal extension. And this extension (for example EXT. 423) will ring your cell or other phone.
Another use would be for after hour calls. Whom ever is going to be on call for your company, we will program their number into our telephone computer system. Therefore all calls for your company will automatically transfer to that employee’s phone.
If desired, you can receive your business calls anywhere in the world.
 
7. What if I have more employees then what’s listed in my plan?
No problem, you will be charged a small fee when you add additional employees.
 
8. What if I have more bills that need to be paid, other then what’s allowed under my program?
You will be charged a small fee for adding extra bills.
